Deschenes enters into agreement to acquire Crane Supply

Upon closing of the deal, Crane Supply would become the 16th business unit within Deschenes.
Deschenes has entered an agreement to acquire Crane Supply.
Crane Supply is a Canadian distributor of pipes, valves, fittings and piping accessories. The company has 27 branches with 425 people covering the 10 provinces in Canada.
For Deschenes the acquisition will broaden product and service offerings, enlarge the service area and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
Upon closing of the deal, Crane Supply would become the 16th business unit within Deschenes.

Further information is expected to be released following the completion of the transaction.
